




**Job Summary:** The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for creating, integrating, and automating data workflows using the **N8n** platform to feed dashboards, reports, and real-time analytics. This role directly impacts the company’s strategic decision-making, supporting departments such as Marketing, Traffic, Sales, and Operations. The candidate must rapidly integrate new platforms, optimize processes, and transform large volumes of data into actionable insights—operating agilely in a fast-paced environment. **Requirements (Hard and Soft Skills):** **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * **N8n (Essential):** Proven experience building and automating data workflows using **N8n**. Ability to independently audit and review data workflows. Building end-to-end data pipelines that integrate multiple platforms. * * **Digital Marketing Background:** Experience with payment platforms such as **CartPanda, Hotmart, Monetizze, Stripe, ClickBank**. Experience with **advertising platforms**, including **Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Taboola, Outbrain**. Experience with **marketing automation platforms**, such as **ActiveCampaign, RD Station**, and similar tools. Deep understanding of the digital marketing and automation ecosystem. * * **SQL and Databases:** Proficiency in **SQL** for writing complex queries and cross-referencing data. Experience with relational database modeling (**MySQL, PostgreSQL**). Ability to optimize queries for performance. * * **Data Analysis and Visualization:** Experience with **BI tools**, such as **Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Tableau**. Ability to build dashboards and reports that convert raw data into actionable insights. Skill in identifying the right analytical questions and translating them into effective data visualizations. * * **Logic and Problem Solving:** Ability to understand complex problems and devise creative solutions. Identification of API limitations and development of workarounds. Research APIs and develop creative solutions when platform limitations prevent ideal delivery. Build and optimize data workflows, ensuring efficient integration between platforms and internal systems. * **Data Analysis and Visualization:** Build dashboards in BI tools such as **Looker, Power BI, Metabase**. Develop optimized SQL queries to cross-reference data from diverse sources. Transform data into strategic insights for **Marketing**, **Traffic**, **Sales**, and **Operations** teams. * **Data Modeling and Governance:** Establish business rules to standardize data from various platforms. Implement data governance and ensure consistent organization for reliable analysis. Perform data transformation to align with database format and standards. * **Data Projects and Auditing:** Focus on launching new data initiatives (e.g., dashboards for SMS, email, cart abandonment). Ensure data integrity and consistency, and continuously monitor data pipelines. Document data processes clearly and accessibly for other team members. * **Long-Term Vision and Role Evolution:** Initial focus on **N8n**, platform integration, and rapid dashboard development. After consolidation, optimize existing data structures and increase analytical granularity. Progress toward more robust data systems (cloud infrastructure, raw databases, machine learning, and predictive analytics).
