Join our team! **OBJECTIVE:** Generate insights on market behavior, competition, trends, customers, and commercial performance by identifying business risks and opportunities through benchmarking and nationwide customer profiling analysis, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and enhanced competitiveness. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Reports/Indicators: ? Monitor commercial KPIs (average price, margin, profitability by channel/product); ? Prepare reports and dashboards for presentation to other departments and decision-makers; ? Develop reports and presentations summarizing analyses conducted, delivering clear and actionable information to senior management and other company departments. Data and Market Collection & Analysis: ? Design and implement pricing tools based on data, market, and competitive analysis; ? Utilize diverse data sources (primary and secondary) to collect market information, including consumer behavior, preferences, and demand; ? Conduct statistical analysis of imports and disseminate internal reports; ? Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, helping the company position itself effectively; ? Conduct price elasticity, sensitivity, and margin impact simulation studies. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: ? Collaborate with sales, finance, supply chain, and international trade teams to align company initiatives with market needs. Business Opportunity Identification: ? Support identification of new market opportunities and customer segments, aiding in the formulation of penetration and expansion strategies. Performance Evaluation: ? Monitor and evaluate product and service performance in the market, recommending data-driven and consumer-feedback-based improvements. Trend Forecasting: ? Apply predictive analytics techniques to anticipate market and consumer behavior changes, enabling proactive company adaptation. Contribution to Corporate Strategy: ? Support senior leadership in formulating business strategies, contributing to the definition of long-term goals and objectives; ? Ensure pricing policies align with corporate objectives; ?
