




. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Participate in the development and evolution of the platform within a multidisciplinary squad; * Develop new features and products with a focus on quality and efficiency; * Define strategic technical solutions aligned with business needs; * Ensure software is robust, scalable, secure, and performant; * Maintain high standards of code and architectural quality; * Share technical knowledge with the squad and elevate the team’s expertise; * Promote best practices in software engineering and development standards; * Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform and internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Kotlin (primary) and Java 8+; * Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security; * Advanced knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle; * Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent technologies; * Design and consumption of RESTful APIs; * Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture; * Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent services; * Authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth2, and modern security mechanisms; * Automated testing (unit, integration, and load tests) using JUnit, Mockito, and similar tools; * Practices of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines; * Containerization experience with Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with cloud computing (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP as additional assets); * Monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent tools; * Version control with Git on platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket; * Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban; * Proficiency in software engineering best practices, design patterns, architectural principles, and Clean Architecture; * Experience with caching services and high-performance mechanisms; * Experience developing software in Cloud Native architecture.
