For more information, visit Worley.com We are seeking an **Ergonomics Specialist** for our office in **Rio de Janeiro, RJ**, or **São Paulo, SP (Hybrid)**: **Requirements:** * Ergonomics Specialist * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Production, Safety, or Chemical) or Architecture and Urban Planning, plus a specialization in Ergonomics accredited by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). * Candidate must demonstrate direct professional experience in Ergonomics applied to at least two industrial detailed design projects. **Responsibilities:** * We seek an experienced Ergonomics Specialist with proven expertise in industrial environments and projects. Prior experience in refineries, petrochemical plants, or Petrobras facilities will be considered a strong advantage, along with demonstrated proficiency in participatory ergonomics, ergonomic management, and industrial projects. * The candidate must have hands-on experience developing and leading ergonomic analyses and projects—including a track record of work with national and/or multinational companies. * In addition to technical expertise, academic involvement in topics related to Ergonomics, Usability, and Accessibility—within Engineering, Architecture, or Occupational Safety programs—is highly valued. * Key responsibilities and expected competencies: Development and management of ergonomic projects applied to industrial environments—incorporating ergodesign, accessibility, comfort, safety, and sustainability; and conducting ergonomic analyses and technical reports in accordance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and best practices.
