Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to join our team and support operations across online channels. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience with Mercado Livre and Shopee 2. Focus on product listing, updating, and management on marketplaces 3. Position: E\-commerce Assistant (On-site Model) We are looking for an E\-commerce Assistant to join our team and support operations across our online channels. If you are organized and detail-oriented, this position is for you! **Experience with Mercado Livre and Shopee is essential.** **Responsibilities:** * List, update, and manage products on **Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, and TikTok Shop**; * Perform **inventory and order management via UpSeller** * Customer service via chat, WhatsApp, and platform * Assist in **advertisement creation and optimization**, including descriptions, titles, and images; * Support the department in operational routines; * Monitor sales performance. **Requirements:** * Prior experience with **marketplace platforms** (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, etc.); * Knowledge of **UPSELLER** (or similar ERP systems); * Strong writing skills and attention to detail for product description creation; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively; * Availability for on-site work. * Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office suite**. **Work model:** * **On-site in Santa Cruz da Serra;** * **Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday;** * Initial compensation: **2\.000$** * Benefits: Performance-based bonus, transportation allowance.
