We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and background. **Position Details:** Support delivery scheduling to customers to ensure timely and proper execution; Perform delivery follow-up to ensure adherence to route planning, analyze discrepancies, and correct them; Respond to customer needs and requests (both internal and external); Support responses to customer inquiries—including via CRM—to ensure appropriate and timely service, escalating to the immediate supervisor when lacking necessary information. Receive helpers/drivers upon route completion, verifying deliveries, quantities, mileage, signatures, re-scheduling needs, initial vs. final weight, etc. Ensure PDAs are charged and ready for drivers/helpers’ departure the following morning. And other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor as required by departmental needs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (minimum educational requirement); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Additional Information:** * Compensation consists of base salary + 30% hazard pay; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:15 PM; * Fully on-site. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Critical thinking, Communication, Focus, Organization, Interpersonal skills ### **Benefits:** Gas Voucher, On-site cafeteria, Wellhub (formerly Gympass), Transportation Voucher ### **Department:** Bulk Distribution Logistics
