Perform and control the weighing of received or dispatched waste using an electronic scale and computerized system, paying attention to applicable documentation and the movement of transport vehicles, aiming to record data and measurements for billing purposes. **Responsibilities and duties** * Examine incoming waste specifications, inputting appropriate data into the system such as weight, type, generating company, etc., verifying or confirming information and generating protocols, tickets, etc., to enable release for entry, exit, and control of waste to designated destinations (landfills: industrial or sanitary); * Prepare manifests for leachate and other waste movements based on standardized information, aiming at treatment disposal in partner or outsourced companies; * Maintain contact with production or commercial staff to clarify doubts regarding waste descriptions or specifications, transport companies, clients, registrations, etc., or with unloading teams at landfills to exchange operational information; * Conduct traceability of operations or service data upon request by consulting the internal system, to clarify possible discrepancies or locate deposited waste; * Maintain contact with clients and representatives of official agencies (City Hall, Feema, etc.) to provide or obtain routine relevant information; * Receive bulk materials or consumables/maintenance supplies (gravel, sand, etc.), following given instructions, checking fiscal documents, performing weighings and records, maintaining necessary controls to ensure proper receipt of these items by the company; * Organize and maintain document files (manifests, invoices, etc.), arranging them appropriately for distribution to competent internal departments; * Issue transit invoices, manifests, and transport waybills, ensuring correct document completion and adherence to routine procedures, contributing to external waste movement; * Generate standardized reports based on data stored in the system for control purposes or submission to environmental agencies; * Record deviations from standard procedures, promptly reporting them to superiors for appropriate action; * Perform scale opening and closing procedures, following routine protocols, observing and reporting any operational issues, contributing to accurate weighing operations; * Receive official inspectors and auditors, acting according to superior's guidance, providing requested information on scale calibration validity, permits, and other standard requirements, fulfilling required needs; **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma. * Computer skills at user level.
