**Challenge** ----------- **Position:** Senior Supply Chain Analyst **Department:** Procurement **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro - RJ (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) **Challenge:** Moove is seeking a professional to join the Supply Chain Planning and Performance team, ensuring alignment between operational plans and raw material procurement strategy. This role will also be responsible for calculating, analyzing, and monitoring departmental performance indicators, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** 1) Raw material supply chain planning (Inbound Forecast); 2) Collaboration with key departments: S&OP, Products, Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders; 3) Development, analysis, and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs); 4) Creation and maintenance of visual management tools to support governance and transparency; 5) Implementation of automations and simple solutions for complex processes (#ThinkBigDeliverSimple); 6) Process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing risks. **Competencies** ---------------- We seek a team player who believes in “WE’RE TOGETHER” for every challenge—because no one succeeds alone.
