Company Hiring: Senior Payroll Analyst Employment Type: Indefinite-term employment contract Work Model: On-site Working Hours: Business hours Summary: Responsible for ensuring the correct execution of Human Resources Department routines, guaranteeing accurate payroll processing, legal compliance, and employee support. Responsibilities: Payroll: Process, calculate (salaries, overtime, deductions, severance payments), and ensure payment accuracy. Hiring and Termination: Manage the entire employee onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation and homologation. Benefits: Administer, negotiate (transportation allowance, meal allowance, food allowance, health insurance plans), and manage granting and maintenance. Time Tracking: Monitor, verify, and manage the electronic time clock system and time records. Legislation and Labor Charges: Stay up to date, apply, and ensure compliance with labor legislation (eSocial, SEFIP, RAIS, DIRF, CAGED). Reports and Metrics: Prepare management reports (absenteeism, turnover, etc.) and HR metrics. Employee Support: Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries. Projects (Optional): Support or lead compensation, benefits, and quality-of-life initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Technical Competencies: Knowledge of Labor and Social Security Legislation. Experience in Payroll, Hiring, Termination, and Vacation Processes. HR Information Systems and ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, etc.).
