The Commercial Performance Analyst (Affirmative Action Role for Persons with Disabilities – PwD) is responsible for delivering consistent analyses, performance reports, and actionable insights to strengthen sales and trade marketing decision-making. Ensures clear visibility into business performance, execution, and key sales KPI outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor KPIs: sell-in, sell-out, channel share, compliance with promotional mechanics, and estimated ROI; * Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify opportunities by region, channel, customer, or portfolio; * Build and update dashboards (Excel or Power BI); * Plan and design promotional mechanics and ensure alignment across internal functions (Trade Marketing, Sales, and Finance); * Ensure accuracy of promotional mechanics and support performance validation; * Manage investment and budget control spreadsheets; * Support the development of briefings for commercial presentation materials and communications for partner activations; * Assist in understanding the behaviour of each channel (pharmacy, food retail, and e-commerce); * Update and monitor internal and external data sources (e.g., IQVIA and Dunnhumby) Why You?
