Osklen’s collections and projects reinforce the integration of art, design, lifestyle, and sustainability, prioritizing sustainable thinking through materials and manufacturing processes with the lowest possible socio-environmental impact. **At Osklen, we value diversity!** We promote diversity and inclusion throughout our selection processes, encouraging applications from professionals without discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, color, gender, age, disability, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression. **About the Position** ***Responsibilities:*** Perform essential activities — including configuration, simulation, setup, functional testing, enhancements, access management, support, and administration — at a senior level of complexity to ensure correct implementation of improvements and ongoing software support (TOTVS Protheus \- modules: Accounting, Tax, Finance, Billing, Inventory/Costs, Purchasing, and Fixed Assets); Identify and propose innovative solutions, analyze root causes (within one’s area of responsibility), and identify integration points with other departments to implement solutions using available tools; Identify and propose process improvements and/or innovations within the department, based on technical and business knowledge; Guide assistants and analysts in executing daily tasks, disseminating knowledge and sharing supporting documentation; Analyze the root cause of potential issues and request corrections, escalating and directing actions to project/department leadership, as well as suggesting routine and source code refactoring to improve processes; Support users in their daily routines performed in the TOTVS Protheus ERP system; Apply patches and other TOTVS services; Provide support and assistance to Business Analysts N1, N2, and N3\. ***Required Qualifications:*** Experience installing and upgrading Protheus; Proficiency in TOTVS Protheus modules: Accounting, Tax, Finance, Billing, Inventory, Costs, Purchasing, and Fixed Assets, for implementation and improvement management; Knowledge of SQL databases; Prior experience implementing/upgrading Protheus, preferably in retail; Senior-level ADVPL development expertise. ***Preferred Qualifications:*** Familiarity with ecosystems such as Linx, middleware for integrations, microservices, and APIs; Experience in Protheus support/sustaining at levels N1, N2, and N3, particularly in Finance modules; Experience in the Protheus back-office environment (Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Payables, and Receivables); Knowledge of Protheus maintenance (applying patches, updating libraries, binaries, RPO); Knowledge of Jira. ***Education:*** Completed undergraduate degree ***Working Hours:*** Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (hybrid model: in-person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays — Rio Comprido/RJ). **Your well-being and development matter!
