Build this story with us.** Via Raposo Sp is one of the largest ongoing highway infrastructure projects in the State of São Paulo and is part of the 1,800 km of highways qualified under the State of São Paulo's Investment Partnerships Program (PPI-SP). We are transforming 285 km of highways with investments totaling R$ 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. With lane duplications, new overpasses, service roads, lighting, and monitoring technology, this project marks a new chapter for the Raposo Tavares Highway. And none of this happens without people. Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically manage highway concession planning by interfacing with operational, technical, contracting, and management teams, ensuring consolidation of managerial information, contractual deadline compliance, and resource optimization. Lead the definition, review, and control of action plans, ensuring sound decision-making, risk mitigation, and full compliance with the granting authority’s requirements—delivered with maximum efficiency and agility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Planning, Project Management, or related areas is desirable * Minimum 5 years of experience in the field, preferably in highway concessions or infrastructure **Specific Knowledge/Skills:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong expertise in Advanced Excel * Knowledge of AutoCAD and planning tools (MS Project, Power BI – preferred) * Solid knowledge of Drainage, Pavement, Earthworks, Retaining Structures, Road Signage, Buildings, and Installations * Familiarity with contract management and performance indicators (KPIs) * Experience in risk analysis and strategic planning **Additional Information** Work location: On-site in Bauru / São Paulo **Benefits****:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit Sharing Program (PLR); Daycare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies); Christmas basket Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
