Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance and Processes Analyst to structure commercial information and metrics, ensuring seamless cross-departmental flow and supporting data-informed decision-making. We are in a phase of structured growth and seek a **PERFORMANCE AND PROCESSES ANALYST** to ensure that commercial information, jointly defined KPIs, and management rituals flow reliably across Commercial \- Pre\-construction \- Construction departments, thereby supporting corporate decision-making with data and process. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Consolidate and maintain up-to-date dashboards of commercial KPIs (leads, showroom visits, conversion rate, VSO, average ticket) and construction KPIs (schedule, cost). Act as a structured interface between what has been sold (Commercial) and what Pre\-construction must prepare for construction commencement. Define and sustain the cadence of results review meetings, ensuring agenda and data are prepared prior to each meeting, and follow\-up on action items raised. Document and keep updated the company’s standard operating procedures, formalizing existing practices. Monitor process adherence: identify and report individuals who failed to input data or deviated from agreed processes (not for punitive purposes, but to expose gaps and drive accountability). Support the initial structuring of the Pre\-construction department in collaboration with Engineering leadership. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in PMO, process control, or implementation of visual management in mid-sized companies. Experience in construction companies is not a prerequisite (candidates from other sectors are welcome). Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
