We seek a professional whose challenge will be to contribute to the operational efficiency of the operations center through analysis of operational data, indicator calculation, report preparation, process standardization, regulatory compliance monitoring, and budgetary, contractual, and technical document management, supporting the team in implementing and updating standards while ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare technical specifications and purchase requisitions for supplier contracts; * Manage supplier contracts, including monitoring measurements and approving payments; * Manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets by mapping needs and improvement opportunities, and performing monthly follow-up (RF); * Manage regulatory documents and operational agreements of the Operations Center, identifying needs, drafting, reviewing, and publishing issued documents; * Manage Operations Center projects, developing schedules and tracking progress across stages; * Prepare managerial, strategic, and results-oriented presentations for operational meetings and forums; * Prepare materials with operational data to meet internal routines or external stakeholder requests; * Support the preparation of incident reports and ACRs through real-time incident log analysis; * Ensure technical documents comply with ANEEL, ONS, and other competent regulatory bodies’ regulations; * Maintain the document management system up to date, organizing project records, technical reports, and compliance evidence; * Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization, integrating innovative management and operational practices. * Analyze operational data and prepare reports to disseminate results and support company decision-making and planning; * Calculate and validate asset indicators at ONS using SAGER and SAMUST systems; * Conduct studies on opportunities to optimize contracted MUST to maximize energy generation; * Perform curtailment analyses and calculate them according to ONS classification to support Auren’s energy volume and hourly franchise assessments; * Monitor power plant availability indicators and transmission system usage through ONS closings; * Verify the integrity of Auren’s assets’ Measurement and Billing System (SMF) data; * Request and consolidate incident data to respond to ONS requests; * Monitor self-restoration tests and prepare reports for submission to ONS; * Identify and propose solutions for any non-conformities detected; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering. * Knowledge of Electric Sector Regulation, ONS Network Procedures, experience in pre- and post-operation activities at generation operations centers, and knowledge of renewable energy. * Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and Python. * Desirable technical and operational knowledge of generation plants (hydroelectric, wind, and/or solar). * Strong communication skills to work collaboratively in teams, cooperate across departments, and present results clearly and concisely. **Additional Information** At Auren Energia, we believe the future lies in innovative ideas, sustainable actions, and a more positive world; and what makes the difference in creating our synergy is who we go with!
