Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Prior experience in administrative activities is desirable; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Bauru/SP. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning construction and maintenance projects for electrical networks under supervision, using corporate tools and systems. * Support the analysis of electrical projects, contributing to defining insulation conditions and execution strategies. * Assist in scheduling teams, considering deadlines, regulations, productivity targets, and indicators defined by the client and CPFL Serviços. * Support defining the most appropriate execution technique per location and activity, based on the type of project. * Assist in analyzing the need for insulation conditions or energized-work procedures, as stipulated in contractual agreements. * Support assigning projects to teams, ensuring alignment with technical and operational criteria. * Assist in monitoring targets, deadlines, project portfolio, and operational indicators of the area. * Consult and interpret technical information to support project planning and execution. * Support requesting documents and conditions required for safe field operations. * Update control spreadsheets and tools, ensuring information traceability. * Interact with corporate systems to register, monitor, and control planned projects. * Contribute to organizing and standardizing planning processes within the area. * Comply with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards related to planning activities. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free and confidential telephone-based advisory service covering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
