Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, or related fields; * Active CFT (Technical Certification); * Proficiency in Office suite (with emphasis on Excel); * Administrative routine experience is desirable; * Must reside in the Bauru/SP region. * Availability for 100% on-site work. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support the analysis of electrical construction and maintenance network projects to identify scope, complexity, and technical requirements, ensuring feasibility of execution per technical and contractual standards. * Define construction execution strategies based on project analysis, operational conditions, and established goals, aiming to optimize resources, timelines, and safety. * Plan work distribution among operational teams, considering the most appropriate technique per location and activity, to ensure efficiency and quality in execution. * Assess the need for electrical network isolation or energized work, according to technical and contractual criteria, ensuring team integrity and continuity of supply. * Develop field team scheduling using corporate systems, aligning deadlines, priorities, and resource availability to meet operational targets. * Align planning with executors, internal departments, and third parties, promoting integration among stakeholders and smooth activity execution. * Monitor and support the execution of planned works, tracking operational indicators, deadlines, and targets, and proactively addressing deviations. * Request and control documentation required for work execution, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. * Update planning control spreadsheets and tools, ensuring information traceability and data-driven decision-making. * Interact with corporate planning and construction management systems, inputting and extracting information to support process control and continuous improvement. * Interpret technical standards, internal procedures, and regulations of the electrical sector, correctly applying them to activity planning. * Collaborate in preparing technical and operational reports, providing inputs for managerial analyses and internal or external audits. * Participate in alignment and progress meetings for construction projects, contributing technical information and planning status; * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, incorporating best practices into activity planning; Support continuous improvement of planning processes by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing adjustments to methods and tools. * **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based assistance for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn More About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric energy sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid, the world’s largest electric power company, reinforcing our growth strategy and leadership in Brazil’s electric sector.
