Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant passionate about gastronomy, dynamic, proactive, and organized, to support kitchen preparation and organization routines. Key Highlights: 1. Control leftovers and waste to avoid food waste **Join the ROTA 98 team!** *We seek professionals passionate about gastronomy, dynamic, proactive, and organized.* **Prerequisites:** * Experience with bar/restaurant kitchen routines. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and organize orders; * Assist in food preparation according to the menu, paying attention to customer-requested modifications; * Assist in plating; * Deliver prepared dishes to customers; * Assist in food pre-preparation, including portioning; * Control leftovers and waste to avoid food waste; * Assist in food inventory management (quantity, storage, and expiration dates), reporting restocking needs to the responsible person; * Inspect refrigerators, freezers, stoves, and other equipment in the area; * Perform hygiene, cleaning, and organization of utensils, tableware, and work areas. **Work Schedule:** * Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM. * Thursdays through Sundays, from 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM + overtime. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance equivalent to the current fare; * Free on-site parking; * Meal voucher of BRL 23.00 per day; * Food allowance of BRL 145.00 per month; * Uniform; * Pharmacy benefit plan. **Salary:** * BRL 1,828.00/month + night shift allowance after 10:00 PM + overtime (resulting in a total between BRL 2,000.00 and BRL 2,500.00).
