Building an ecosystem with advanced technologies We are looking for a Junior Backend Developer to contribute to the development of the Embrasil Unified Portal — a strategic initiative aimed at integrating corporate systems (ERP, HCM, Legal, Financial, and Operational) into a single ecosystem using BPM, APIs, and process automation. The professional will collaborate with the IT team to develop integrations, APIs, and automated workflows, offering substantial learning and technical growth opportunities. About the Portal Project You will be part of building an ecosystem that integrates: • Corporate web portal • BPM engine * APIs and integrations with internal systems (Senior ERP/HCM, Legal, Finance) * Power BI and Microsoft 365 automations * SSO and security with Entra ID **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support backend API and service development; * Assist in building integrations among systems such as Senior ERP/HCM, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and internal platforms; * Participate in implementing automated workflows using BPM and automation tools; * Support maintenance and evolution of the corporate web portal; * Develop and maintain simple integration and automation routines; * Support organizing and structuring data used in integrations; * Participate in code versioning and repository organization; * Assist in technical documentation of APIs and workflows; * Support identifying and resolving technical issues. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Basic backend development knowledge (C\#, Node.js, or Python); * Familiarity with REST APIs and service consumption; * Basic relational database knowledge (SQL); * Familiarity with code versioning (Git); * Understanding of programming logic and system architecture; * Interest in working with system integration and process automation. * Willingness to learn and grow technically; * Proactivity and curiosity; * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and teamwork skills; * Ability to follow team-defined standards and best practices. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary aligned with the role, plus benefits. **New Life Multisserviços** is a company operating in the Brazilian specialized services market for 25 years.
