Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for vehicle movement, inspection, and organization, as well as coordinating vehicle placement in the yard and inventory monitoring, ensuring efficiency and preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization and organization of the dealership's vehicle yard. 2. Coordination of vehicle movement for display, washing, and delivery. 3. Inventory tracking, entry/exit records, and documentation. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Receive vehicles arriving from the factory; * Inspect vehicles received from the factory, following insurance and/or warranty procedures; * Request car washes if necessary; * Organize and supervise vehicle placement in the dealership's yard, ensuring the area remains well-organized and optimized to facilitate access and movement; * Perform checklists on moved vehicles and identify possible damages; * Monitor vehicle inventory; * Deliver vehicles for accessory installation at scheduled times; * Deliver vehicles for bodywork repairs; * Deliver vehicles to the showroom; * Deliver vehicles to the delivery room; * Separate sold vehicles; * Generate reports on sold vehicles and dispatch them to the appropriate location; * Support washers and preparers; * Coordinate vehicle movement to ensure efficient and damage-free delivery for display, washing, maintenance, or customer handover. * Carry out and monitor vehicle entry and exit records, as well as control required documentation for each vehicle in stock. * Monitor yard conditions, ensuring area maintenance and preservation, as well as cleanliness and order of displayed vehicles. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (Category B); * Mandatory: 6 months of experience; * Preferred: Prior experience in team coordination or yard management, especially within automotive dealerships or companies in the automotive sector. **Qualifications:** * Communication * Attention to detail * Observant * Organization * Leadership vision * Proactivity * Teamwork **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, On-site meals, Life insurance, Transportation allowance
