Teamwork and clear communication **Development Analyst** **Summary:** Develop and maintain company applications and systems, version control, system optimization, and participation in the analysis and development of legacy and new systems. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze requests generated by the Product area; + Analyze test results, report and document any discrepancies, and monitor issue resolution; + Design and execute system tests to verify compliance with standard specifications/requirements; + Ensure delivered documentation is consistently updated to align with the latest versions of systems and tools; + Support process improvement and solution enhancement through research activities, identifying and proposing new methodologies, concepts, trends, and tools for adoption within the company, aligned with established goals and objectives; + Organize and review quality metrics to improve the development process; + Prepare evaluation/homologation reports for either development or production environments; + Perform testing during the development phase and support homologation with involved areas in the absence of QA; + Version control and system optimization; **Education:** * Completed Bachelor's degree **Experience / Technical Skills:** * Backend in PHP, Laravel framework; Frontend in React; REST Web Service knowledge MVC framework knowledge; Experience in web system development; Agile methodology knowledge; MySQL and MariaDB database knowledge; Versioning tools knowledge (Git); Linux operating system experience; Stored procedure/function creation; Experience developing hybrid apps (REACT, WEBVIEW); Publishing apps on Android and iOS platforms; Amazon services experience (S3 Bucket); **Behavioral Competencies:** * Commitment; Adaptability; Critical thinking; Curiosity and interest; Proactivity; Quality orientation; Organization; Clear and concise communication; Teamwork; Analytical ability; Common sense; Time management; Emotional intelligence; **Other Requirements:** * [Any additional requirements, such as certifications or licenses.] **Benefits:** ️ Meal allowance of R$40/day, perfect for enjoying local restaurants; Food allowance of R$800/month, to keep your home well-stocked; Total Pass, for health and wellness care; Birthday Day Off ✨ After the probation period: Unimed health plan with no monthly fee (only co-payment); DentalUni dental plan; ️ Life insurance.
