**Responsibilities and Desired Experience:**
**Activities:**
Organize, control, verify, forward, update, and archive documents;
Perform and update data and document registrations, requesting research, information, and/or quotations;
Provide support to internal and external customers and suppliers;
Complete and issue operational documents, generating and printing reports;
Request and issue purchase orders, arranging payment authorization;
Monitor material flow and, when necessary, conduct quotations;
Control and schedule payments, financial flows, and other contractual obligations.
**Requirements:**
Completed Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade;
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
Good technical English writing skills;
