Job Summary: We are seeking a Painting and Maintenance professional to work on facility conservation and improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Perform painting services on interior and exterior surfaces 2. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and making corrections 3. Support maintenance activities and ensure workplace safety We are looking for a professional to work in the Painting and Maintenance area, contributing to facility conservation and improvement. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform painting services on interior and exterior surfaces; * Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, making corrections, and finishing; * Apply paint to masonry, ceilings, wood, iron, plaster, and other materials; * Perform polishing, touch-ups, and finishing of painted surfaces; * Calculate and organize materials required for service execution; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Support other maintenance activities whenever necessary; * Maintain workplace organization and safety.
