Description
Responsible for continuously monitoring industrial performance in real-time, collecting and analyzing data to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of production targets. Engages in developing and adjusting performance indicators, proposing improvements to the Industrial Business Intelligence system, and coordinating process optimization teams using methodologies such as DEMAIC. Also coordinates Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) studies, ensuring equipment accuracy and reporting results to management via reports and KPIs.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Monitor industrial performance and efficiency in real-time, issuing alerts in case of control deviations;
Collect data, prepare calculation spreadsheets, reports, and presentations for Executive Management/Management/Supervision, highlighting results against planned targets and historical trends;
Conduct critical analysis of industrial SCADA screens to identify non-conformities and propose setpoint adjustments to ensure achievement of production targets according to the industrial unit's balance;
Participate in the development, adjustment, and application of process and utility indicator methodologies, promoting continuous improvement in the Industrial Business Intelligence system;
Track progress of established action plans, updating senior management on achieved results through reports and KPIs;
Coordinate process optimization and deviation correction teams using the DEMAIC methodology, Machine Learning insights, clustering, multiple regression, and process simulation, disseminating best practices for optimization across all Inpasa industrial units;
Lead Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) studies, ensuring equipment calibration and accuracy;
Develop comparative charts to measure and compare the performance of one unit against other Inpasa units;
Perform activities in compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, using mandatory PPE and reporting any health or safety risks to the immediate supervisor;
Carry out activities in alignment with company values, policies, and guidelines, focusing on organizational goals and safeguarding company information;
Maintain discipline in the 5S program, ensuring workplace organization, standardization, and cleanliness;
Protect company assets under their responsibility, reporting any issues or damages to the immediate supervisor;
Ensure data confidentiality.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Completed undergraduate degree;
Postgraduate degree preferred;
