It serves customers across five states: Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rondônia, Acre, and Pará. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide immediate process support to branches, coordinated by the Process Coordinator; * Assist the Process Coordinator in process mapping using BPMN or flowchart tools; * Transcribe processes via the portal: ajuda.comercialmariano.com.br; * Identify and document improvement opportunities within the unit and propose tools to resolve issues; * Document process and project definitions through to implementation; * Update project tasks daily via the Bitrix24 application; * Edit training videos for inclusion in learning pathways; * Monitor monthly whether templates were generated on schedule; * Support implementation of improvements within Bitrix24; * Track ERP software updates; * Monitor Senior system tickets jointly with branches; **Requirements and Qualifications** Microsoft Office Suite; Programming logic; Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering or related fields. **Additional Information** * Competitive remuneration based on experience; * Additional benefits including Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Plan, and Meal Allowance; * Opportunities for career advancement and participation in strategic projects; * Dynamic work environment; * Opportunity to work with one of the market’s leading companies, currently undergoing rapid expansion.
