Job Summary: Responsible for industrial maintenance materials control, managing item master data, procurement, inventories, and item parameterization to meet maintenance requirements. Procurement and budget tracking Support the industrial maintenance materials control process by requesting item master data creation, monitoring procurement activities, conducting reserve asset inventories, and configuring inventory items to fulfill maintenance material requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process return of non-inventory materials to the warehouse; * Associate and configure spare components with inventory items; * Define local and corporate spare parts inventory levels based on spare parts policy guidelines; * Perform XYZ criticality classification for spare materials; * Monitor external service budget entry workflow with INPASA responsible personnel until purchase request approval; * Follow up on procurement processes for materials and external services; * Monitor reserve asset inventory preparation; * Track items sent for external maintenance; * Monitor material master data creation and cleanup; * Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work regulations, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the position and department. Responsible for immediately reporting to the direct supervisor any activity posing risk to one's own health or that of colleagues; * Carry out duties in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for a safe workplace through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the work environment via internal and external departmental audits; * Safeguard company property under one's responsibility and promptly report any issues or damages detected to the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Prior experience in the field is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed); Dental insurance; Transportation allowance; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Wellhub; On-site meals.
