




Job Summary: Responsible for planning, supervising, and leading construction planning activities; managing teams and processes; and ensuring achievement of targets and delivery quality. Develop, plan, and supervise construction planning activities and schedules, monitoring and addressing bureaucratic and logistical requirements to ensure full project development. Act as an agent for the development of other team members in the area by providing support and training, aiming at process standardization and delivery quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and lead the construction planning team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure excellence in activities; Conduct periodic performance evaluations of the team, identifying improvement opportunities; Provide ongoing training to develop the team’s technical and managerial skills; Support third-party contracting processes to ensure integrity in negotiations; Monitor progress in engineering, procurement, and other supporting areas to optimize cost and time on the relevant construction project; Inspect and interact with management teams, monitoring project progress and verifying departmental needs to ensure adherence to project execution deadlines; Keep senior management informed about resource requirements and expenses for projects under your responsibility; Handle corrective requests, appropriately directing internal company demands; Define and monitor procedural milestones and prepare monthly and weekly management reports to ensure adequate activity supervision and success assurance; Prepare periodic management reports presenting critical analyses of performance, deviations, and recommendations for improvement; Continuously monitor project progress, analyzing key performance indicators; Proactively identify potential planning risks and develop mitigation strategies; Make effective decisions to resolve emerging issues during project execution; Propose corrective and preventive actions to ensure achievement of established targets; Coordinate resolution of field pending items, controlling interferences and planning workfront releases; Perform job-related activities in compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental work standards and procedures, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for job and departmental tasks.
