Support in preparing project documentation The **PLANNING ANALYST** position is ideal for those seeking professional development in a collaborative environment, with focus on people and processes. Shall we grow together? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor physical and financial progress of industrial projects, tracking schedules, costs, and performance indicators; * Support the preparation and standardization of project documentation, such as Project Charter (TAP) and Project Closure Document (TEP); * Develop and update management reports and dashboards (Excel and Power BI) to support decision-making; * Perform other administrative tasks inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Experience in project monitoring, including planning, schedule control, and cost control; * Advanced Excel and Power BI skills; * Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (PMBOK, Agile, MS Project, Trello) is a plus; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante or Dourados \- MS. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
