The **QUALITY AND PROCESSES COORDINATOR** position is ideal for professionals seeking professional growth in a collaborative environment focused on people and processes. Shall we move forward together? **Responsibilities and Duties** Coordinate and implement quality practices and standards across all processes. Develop and maintain effective quality management systems, identifying opportunities for improvement in existing processes and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering or related fields; * Experience managing teams and working with Quality Management Systems (QMS/QHSE), including implementation, maintenance, and certifications (ISO, Bonsucro, RenovaBio, ISCC, or similar); * Experience in process management, continuous improvement, and quality routines (customer requirements, complaint handling, document and record control); * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and quality management systems; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante, Dourados/MS, or be available to relocate. **Additional Information** Caring for those who are with us is part of our way of being.
