Shall we go forward together? **Responsibilities and duties** * Deliver employee training according to the company's training plan. * Conduct theoretical and practical knowledge assessments on machinery, equipment, and simulators for active employees and job candidates. * Execute, audit, and measure activities of the Maintenance Operator project in compliance with Work Instruction procedures. * Perform technical handovers, technical evaluations, and equipment performance tests, as well as carry out activities related to workforce qualification and organizational equipment efficiency. * Propose, implement, and monitor work plans and projects for continuous operational improvement. * Review work instructions, authorized actions, and checklists. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in at least one agricultural machine (tractor, sugarcane harvester, or articulated truck); * Knowledge and experience in mechanized harvesting operations, agricultural production, or sugarcane transportation; * Skills in report writing, training content development, and public speaking techniques will be an advantage; * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work in shifts; * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B or higher; * Reside in Rio Brilhante/MS or nearby region, or be willing to relocate. **Additional information** For over 40 years, we have been transforming sugarcane into energy that powers cities, feeds people, and builds stories.
