Description: * Higher education in Instrumentation, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Experience with industrial instrumentation systems; * Knowledge of technical standards (such as ISA, NR\-10, NR\-13, NR\-12 etc.); * Experience in personnel management. * Monitor the entire production process to identify any system anomalies and take appropriate corrective actions; * Manage the instrumentation team to ensure cohesion and productivity among employees; * Prepare service order reports detailing the actions taken to resolve identified issues, then forward them to the immediate supervisor; * Perform tests on temperature, pressure, and level transmitters, analyzing calibration ranges to either return them to operation or send them for maintenance, ensuring proper equipment function during production; * Carry out maintenance on pneumatic, electro-pneumatic, and electronic valves, actuators, and positioners by disassembling, inspecting parts, calibrating, and testing to return them to operation; * Perform maintenance on safety valves up to 150 psi, including disassembly, sandblasting, painting, checking seals, bushings, wear, and lapping, ensuring safe operation of high-pressure equipment; * Daily monitoring of pneumatic and electronic equipment to detect failures and perform preventive maintenance, avoiding interruptions in the production process; * Perform annual maintenance on sugar bagging scales, disassembling and adjusting them for proper operation during production periods; * Conduct maintenance on actuators by disassembling, lubricating, cleaning, replacing parts, and performing operational tests prior to reinstallation; * Supervise panel installation and wiring connections, adjustments, and tests to ensure equipment is ready for use; * Manually assist in maintaining electro-pneumatic bagging scales for sugar, identifying irregularities, replacing parts, and making adjustments to ensure functionality during production; * Perform job duties in compliance with all organizational safety, health, and environmental regulations and procedures, consistently using all required personal protective equipment (PPE), and promptly reporting to the immediate supervisor any activity posing health or safety risks to self or coworkers; * Carry out activities in alignment with company values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, focusing on organizational goals while maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information; * Maintain discipline in the 5S program, promoting a safe work environment through organization, standardization, and cleanliness; * Safeguard company property under their responsibility, reporting any problems or damages to the immediate supervisor. 251028020222727041
