Shall we go forward together? **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate the Industrial Planning and Control team, focusing on production control, projects, and costs/budget. * Monitor the execution of production plans, costs, and industrial indicators, ensuring the provision of information for industrial managers' decision-making. * Develop standards and tools for analyzing industrial operations. * Validate production records, targets, and other requirements in the respective integrated management systems. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of unit operations in sugarcane processing, production planning and control, project planning and control, and cost/budget control; * Experience in preparing managerial reports and executive presentations; * Proficiency in Office suite, advanced Excel desirable; * Knowledge of Power BI, basic financial mathematics, and SAP PP module will be differentials; * Must reside in Rio Brilhante/MS or nearby region, or have availability for relocation. **Additional information** For over 40 years, we have been transforming sugarcane into energy that powers cities, feeds people, and builds stories.
