Job Summary: The Automotive Technical Consultant is responsible for providing specialized technical support to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty, performing diagnostics, and managing services. Effective communication with customers and service management **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT The Automotive Technical Consultant is responsible for providing specialized technical support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Key activities include: * Performing accurate diagnostics of mechanical and electronic issues in vehicles. * Preparing detailed repair and maintenance estimates, clearly explaining required services to customers. * Acting as a liaison between the workshop and the customer, ensuring all needs and expectations are met. * Managing service scheduling to optimize workshop workflow. * Ensuring all activities comply with safety and quality standards. * Maintaining detailed records of services performed and diagnostics conducted. **Requirements:** * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in vehicles. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Driver's license, Category B. * Prior experience as a post\-sales technical consultant, preferably with premium vehicles. **Education:** * Completed high school. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with workshop management and customer service software. **Benefits:** Disclosed during the interview
