Job Summary: The Security Monitoring Operator monitors electronic security systems in real time to identify risks and ensure the safety of people, assets, and information. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring confidentiality of monitored information and images ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Security Monitoring Operator is responsible for monitoring electronic surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and other related systems) in real time, identifying risk situations, logging incidents, and activating security protocols to ensure the safety of people, assets, and information. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems. Identify and record suspicious situations, anomalies, or incidents. Activate field teams, supervisors, or competent authorities as per protocol. • Conduct virtual patrols and monitor critical areas. • Record events, incidents, and interventions in systems, reports, or logbooks. • Ensure confidentiality of monitored information and images. Support supervision in preparing reports and providing information to clients. • Comply with safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct standards. • Maintain constant attention on monitors, avoiding distractions during shifts. Technical Support Follow-up ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed high school education. Prior experience in electronic monitoring or security-related fields (preferred).
