Skills in team management and production organization **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the sewing team to ensure product productivity and quality. * Assign tasks among team members according to demand and specialization. * Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines. * Conduct quality inspections of garments during and after the sewing process. * Train and guide sewers on techniques and procedures. * Control proper usage of materials and equipment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Sewing Supervisor or Sewing Team Leader. * Knowledge of different types of sewing machines (straight-stitch, overlock, binding, etc.). * Skills in team management and production organization. * Ability to read technical sheets and interpret patterns (preferred). * Commitment to deadlines and quality. **SALARY TO BE NEGOTIATED + BENEFITS.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Salary Expectation Experience: * Sewing (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
