Does this opportunity align with you? **Responsibilities and Duties** * Train instructor-authors to plan online undergraduate learning experiences. * Support instructor-authors in developing learning experiences, advising on the use of dialogic language, effective active learning methodologies, and the dynamism of experiences designed to achieve proposed learning outcomes. * Assist in selecting instructional resources according to each planning’s needs to enrich and accelerate course material production. * Develop instructional resources that significantly complement the learning experience. * Analyze and provide feedback on potential adjustments, proposing ideas, activity strategies, resources, and/or formats aligned with the discipline’s planned objectives, ensuring learning experiences are designed consistently with course mapping. * Validate and approve learning experiences to ensure previously agreed-upon instructions have been followed. * Manage material control repositories, guaranteeing document updates considering versioning. * Analyze adjustment requests for disciplines, as needed throughout material offerings. * Support course coordinations by providing information regarding course material production. * Support the tutoring team regarding adjustments identified during discipline implementation. * Ensure the quality of the product delivered to students. * Monitor the production schedule with the instructor-author to ensure timely delivery for the discipline. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What You Need:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Teacher Education or related fields (e.g., Languages, Pedagogy, Journalism). * Experience in Distance Education (EAD). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Solid knowledge of lesson planning and instructional materials development. * Basic understanding of lesson planning and instructional materials development. * Familiarity with emerging technological tools applicable to education. **Nice-to-Have Skills:** * Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, D2L). * Additional training in active learning methodologies, Distance Education, or Educational Design. **Additional Information** **What You’ll Find Here:** * Unimed Health Plan: Co-payment model offering medical coverage and access to a high-quality network of accredited providers. * OdontoPrev Dental Plan: Nationwide coverage, with monthly premiums deducted from payroll. * Education Incentive Program: Supports professional and personal development through incentives for specialization, extension courses, language learning, and postgraduate studies at PUCPR. * Meals at Bistrô Marista: On-site meals provided on workdays, with a symbolic payroll deduction. * Quality of Life Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Commuter Benefit (Vale Transporte) * Free Parking * Wellhub (formerly Gympass): Access to numerous gyms with monthly fee deductions from payroll. * Zenklub: Telehealth sessions with mental health specialists, including two free monthly consultations. * “Conte Comigo” Program: Multidisciplinary team offering social support, legal guidance (excluding labor-related matters), financial consulting, and pension advice. * Benefits Club: Partnerships with companies across multiple sectors, providing special discounts on services and products. **Salary:** Our salary proposal is based on several factors.
