Grupo Guaraves \| Guarabira \- PB \| In-person Job Description The Young Apprentice – Production Assistant aims to support operational activities in the production area, contributing to workplace organization, routine execution, and hands-on learning of industrial processes, always under supervision and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in basic production line activities; * Support sector organization and cleaning; * Sort, organize, and handle materials and supplies; * Follow instructions from supervisors and area operators; * Adhere to occupational safety regulations and good manufacturing practices; * Participate in theoretical and practical training sessions of the apprenticeship program; * Collaborate with the team in the sector's operational routines. Requirements and Qualifications * Be aged between 18 and 22 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Reside in Guarabira or neighboring regions; * Availability for morning and afternoon shifts. Desirable Requirements * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Proactivity and commitment to learning.
