




You will work as a Unit Consultant, ensuring excellent service, acquiring new clients, and bringing in-person traffic to the unit. ***RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS*** \- Welcome, clarify doubts, and guide clients regarding preparation for procedures; \- Client service: in person, by phone, and via Whatsapp; \- Schedule sessions, check and confirm procedure and assessment appointments, as well as other matters requiring client contact; \- Acquire new clients and register them into the system; \- Administrative tasks: filling out and updating registration data, contract signing, opening support tickets, receiving goods, monitoring, sending e\-mails, etc; \- Client management: service, negotiation, sending quotes, follow-ups, payment guidance, cancellations, transfers between units, etc; \- Organization and maintenance of unit hygiene; \- Perform sales and receive payments (online and/or in person) according to commercial policies; \- Conduct assessments for new clients in the absence of the \- Inform all clients about the NPS survey, encouraging feedback for continuous improvement in our relationship; \- Close the unit's cash register, collect and deposit cash (if applicable); \- Open and/or close the unit, following security protocols. **\- REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** \- Completed High School; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; \- Experience in customer service and in-person/online sales; \- Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
