Financial and Administrative Manager - TIMBÓ-SC

Perform administrative and financial management of the clinic, as well as people management, ensuring smooth operations and the overall health of the clinic. Main Responsibilities Supervise activities in personnel, supplies, and general services areas; Manage suppliers to be contracted and purchases made; Monitor the clinic's internal needs regarding maintenance of physical and patrimonial infrastructure, as well as cleanliness; Guide employees on internal rules and regulations and supervise compliance with procedures, paying attention to the company's mission, vision, and values; Work together with management to develop work schedules, aiming to ensure optimal allocation of labor, equipment, and materials; Ensure execution of tasks within the finance department, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice entries, and other assigned financial activities; Monitor unit performance indicators through management software and propose improvements for the unit; Regularly review management software data to support joint decision-making with management; Ensure alignment between franchisor guidelines and internal implementation of activities related to your area; Act as a liaison between management and unit staff, conveying information and directives; Conduct, promote, and coordinate meetings, training programs, development initiatives, and quality processes and procedures established by management and directed by the franchisor; Carry out recruitment and selection for the administrative team, as well as manage the hiring process and document collection for both administrative and technical teams; Interface with the accounting office to ensure legal compliance regarding hiring and personnel administration; Manage employee documentation for the unit, ensuring all documents are up to date (Periodic Exams, CRO, Vaccination Cards, etc.); Develop and implement motivational campaigns for the team; Internal Requirements Wear uniform and ID badge properly, maintaining personal and corporate appearance; Maintain confidentiality of employee and patient data, ensuring everyone's integrity; Comply with the requirements outlined in the Franchisor's Business Model.
