Knowledge in seals (seals, gaskets, o-rings) will be a differentiator **Responsibilities and duties** * Define and work on improving technical specifications of processes. * Analyze production feasibility, determine and monitor process validation tests. * Prepare and provide documents related to detailing, specifications, and control of production processes. * Determine and/or review standard time and methods for production operations, providing support for efficiency analysis and cost control. * Research, identify, analyze feasibility, propose, and monitor the implementation of improvements in production processes, machines, and equipment. * Perform tool life analysis, suggesting maintenance or replacement when necessary. * Lead projects for specification and installation of new equipment, systems, and manufacturing and packaging lines based on company strategies. * Preparation of technical documentation (FMEA, work instructions, control plans, flowcharts, APQP, among others). * Audit, together with production departments, whether process specifications are being followed, reporting and taking corrective actions in case of non-conformity. **Requirements and qualifications** Required: * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields. * Experience in rubber manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of engineering documentation (FMEA, Work Instructions, Control Plans, APQP, Flowchart) Desirable: * Knowledge in seals (seals, gaskets, o-rings) **Additional information** Come to Veda!
