Send us your resume! **This and all other advertised positions are available for PwD (People with Disabilities)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide remote customer service via phone using a headset, WhatsApp, or other company-used support tools; * Act in a consultative manner, presenting company solutions and conducting sales and other services such as plan migrations, ownership transfers, and customer address changes; * Verify feasibility with the engineering department, negotiate with the client, and move forward with the sales process; * Request installation from relevant departments and monitor the process until activation; * Strive to achieve established commercial and quality targets, and ensure customer satisfaction; * Occasionally participate in in-person commercial activities. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Experience in customer service, good communication skills, organization, and responsibility; Interest in technology and ability to learn about new products, proactive in seeking knowledge; Flexibility and adaptability to businesses, people, and processes; Computer literacy and agility. **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education or technical courses in Administration, Management Processes, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00.
