This team is responsible for handling all requests related to the configuration and installation of workstations and other IT assets used within the company, as well as maintaining area documentation and controls. **This and all other listed positions are available for PwD (People with Disabilities)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Perform maintenance and preservation of computer equipment. * Carry out configuration and maintenance of computers, notebooks, peripherals, and similar devices; network equipment such as switches, RBs, APs, structured cabling, printers, email accounts, VPNs, internal chat, file server access, and authentication servers. * Assist users with issues regarding their computers, internet, systems, printers, and various other situations via phone, in person, through support system (HelpDesk), and remote access. * Conduct connectivity tests on various access points, including email access, VPN access, system access, and WI-FI networks. * Create and update technical documentation: processes, manuals, action plans, equipment, and machine inventory. **Requirements and qualifications** **Skills:** Good communication, organization, and responsibility. **Preferred education:** Completed high school.
