- Responsible for activities comprising the company's quality management system. - Photograph defects and failures in the production process. - Perform material inspections and create procedures. - Record inconsistencies in the RNC within the Nomus system. - Investigate inconsistencies in the production process to request adjustments, attaching photos. - Identify needs for operational instructions and communicate with involved parties. - Provide a reaction plan in response to non-conformities and critical incidents. - Monitor the effectiveness of actions to prevent recurrences. - Support the Production Coordinator, PCP, and External Advisory in meeting corrective action deadlines. - Implement preventive and corrective actions during the production process, communicating progress of OPs to involved parties. - Classify produced equipment, separating defective or missing parts prior to transportation. - Control and update document management of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements. - Promote dissemination of the quality policy and continuous training on improvement and quality principles.
