We are looking for a Customer Relationship Assistant to work at the heart of the customer journey, ensuring excellence in service, process efficiency, and a positive experience across all touchpoints. Here, you will actively contribute to building strong relationships, representing the company with empathy, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset. **Your mission** Act as a strategic link between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective, human-centered service aligned with the real estate industry’s best Customer Experience practices. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Handle multichannel customer interactions (chat, e-mail, WhatsApp, phone, and in-person), ensuring speed, clarity, and personalization. * Monitor the entire customer journey—from operational queries to post-sale requests for marketed and delivered units. * Log and manage interactions in internal systems, ensuring traceability, deadline control, and data quality. * Proactively identify and resolve unexpected issues, always prioritizing the best solution for the customer. * Route requests to responsible departments and follow up until final resolution, keeping the customer informed. * Maintain close, collaborative relationships with internal teams (construction, legal, finance, sales, etc.). * Analyze interactions, generate insights, and propose process improvements focused on efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Monitor service metrics and support ongoing CX improvement initiatives. * Represent the company ethically, empathetically, and professionally in all interactions. **What we’re looking for in you** * Preferably pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Prior experience in customer service within civil construction or real estate development. * Organized profile, with strong prioritization, time management, and multitasking skills. * Experience with CRM and incident management systems (a plus: MEGA and Multidados). * Aptitude for data handling, reporting, and tracking service metrics. * Clear, empathetic communication and a solution-oriented attitude. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **What we offer** * Competitive salary, aligned with market standards. * CLT employment contract. * On-site work – Rua Funchal, 375 | Vila Olímpia – SP **Benefits:** ️ Meal/food allowance (FLASH): R$ 35.00/day SulAmérica Health Plan – 100% employer-subsidized for the employee SulAmérica Dental Plan Life Insurance Commuter Allowance (conventional or mobility via FLASH) TotalPass
