




We are looking for a **Measurement and Billing Assistant** to support administrative and financial routines, ensuring accurate service measurement, precise billing, proper organization of information, and efficient customer service—all in compliance with established processes and SLAs. **Main responsibilities:** * Execute and support the entire measurement and billing workflow, in accordance with defined processes and deadlines; * Record customers’ financial transactions, including adding and updating payment methods, receipt dates, and amounts; * Update and maintain records in the internal system, ensuring data integrity and reliability; * Provide telephone support to external customers, clarifying questions related to measurement and billing; * Organize, control, and maintain electronic files and digital documents, ensuring easy access and traceability; * Send documents to customers and internal departments as needed; * Manage and update control spreadsheets in the billing subsystem; * Support business areas in processes impacting billing; * Address tickets and requests via the management tool, meeting defined SLAs. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (mandatory); * Technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields—preferred (in progress); * Prior experience in administrative, billing, finance, or related functions—preferred; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **Advantages:** * Experience in customer service; * Experience with data controls, spreadsheets, and document organization; * Familiarity with internal systems or ERPs.
