Their duties include continuously tracking established delivery dates, assessing potential deviations, and proposing corrective actions when necessary. The professional must also analyze the lead time of production processes, identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing operational efficiency. Additionally, they will work closely with management, providing relevant analyses and information for decision-making, as well as contributing insights for strategic planning. The PCP Analyst will serve as a support point for other departments, ensuring smooth communication and cross-team integration, always focusing on continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction. Updating and maintaining production performance reports is also part of their responsibilities, ensuring all data is available for management and contributing to achieving company goals.
