Focus on continuous process improvement **Company:** Atman **ABOUT THE POSITION** This position is for an Engineering Assistant, supporting industrial routines, organizing production processes, monitoring production orders, managing material control, and supporting engineering, quality, and logistics departments. Work in a production environment with direct interaction with technical teams, electrical and electronic engineering, ensuring organization, traceability, and support for process execution. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support Production Planning and Control (PCP) * Monitor production orders and schedules * Assist in inventory and material control * Support the organization of the production flow * Perform records and updates in internal systems * Support equipment testing and validation * Collaborate with engineering, quality, and warehouse teams * Identify and report failures or deviations in the production process * Assist in continuous process improvement **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or Production Engineering * **Solid knowledge of Excel (tables, formulas, data organization, and spreadsheet control)** * Organizational and analytical skills * Good communication and teamwork abilities **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of electronics, assembly, or maintenance * Prior experience in an industrial or production environment * Familiarity with PCB manufacturing **EXPECTED PROFILE** * Organized individual * Proactive * Detail-oriented * Committed to meeting deadlines * Interested in technical development **SALARY RANGE** R$ 3\.000 to R$ 5\.000 Compensation determined based on technical evaluation and experience.
