If you enjoy challenges, want to make a difference, and grow in an environment that values autonomy and collaboration, this could be the right place for you. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and lead one or more software development teams, ensuring technical, organizational, and cultural alignment while adhering to governance, compliance, and information security guidelines. * Plan, monitor, and ensure delivery execution, guaranteeing agreed-upon timelines, quality, and scope. * Serve as the focal point between technical teams, product, business, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and decision-making. * Ensure application of best practices in development, architecture, security, and code quality. * Support definition and evolution of agile processes, promoting continuous improvement. * Manage and develop the team, including continuous feedback, 1:1 meetings, support with PDIs, and career progression. Requirements: **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of software development processes and Software Factory models. * Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrids). * Ability to plan, monitor, and analyze delivery and quality metrics. **We value:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Technology, or Project Management. * Certifications in Agile, Scrum, PMP, SAFe, or ITIL. * Experience with Power Platform, .NET, and the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem. * Experience in large-scale environments, digital transformation, or rapid growth contexts.
