Ensure security and maintenance of the workplace **Job: Condominium Doorman – On-site \| Serra, ES** We are seeking a responsible and committed **Doorman** to work in **residential and commercial condominiums** in the **SERRA** region. The professional will serve as the condominium’s first point of contact, ensuring **organization, security, courtesy, and effective communication** with residents and visitors. **Responsibilities** * Control entry and exit of people, vehicles, and service providers; * Attend to residents, visitors, and delivery personnel courteously and attentively; * **Record incidents and communications in the condominium’s app or system;** * **Receive and forward mail and packages;** * Ensure security, cleanliness, and maintenance of the workplace; * Comply with and enforce internal condominium rules; * Immediately report any irregularities to supervision. **Desired Profile** * A **responsible, courteous, punctual, and discreet** individual; * Strong **verbal and written communication skills**; * **Proficiency in using smartphones, computers, and control applications**; * Ability to remain calm under pressure; * Prior experience as a *condominium doorman*, **with proven track record**. **Schedule** 12/36 Work schedule according to the condominium (to be defined during the selection process).
