Focus on negotiation to secure optimal commercial terms Description: What is essential for us: * Adherence to our values; * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Desired experience in routine procurement of materials and services within the industrial sector; * Knowledge of negotiation and supplier management; * Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel; * Ability to handle multiple demands, demonstrating flexibility and prioritization skills; * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills, collaborating effectively with internal teams and suppliers; * Availability to meet the needs of Fortlev's various industrial plants. * Procure warehouse materials and immediate-consumption items for industrial plants, ensuring continuous operational supply; * Fulfill routine service contracting requests, ensuring daily operational needs of plants are met efficiently and within deadlines; * Address specific requirements of each industrial plant, closely monitoring requests, priorities, and urgencies. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery time, and quality), formalizing ad-hoc contracts when necessary; * Ensure all procurement activities align with Fortlev's procurement policy, complying with internal rules and guidelines. * Monitor delivery timelines for procured materials and services, ensuring adherence to schedules and the quality of received items and services; * Collaborate with internal teams to identify specific material and service requirements, providing agile and appropriate solutions; * Maintain solid relationships with suppliers, aiming for long-term partnerships and ensuring continuity of supply for materials and services essential to industrial operations. 2511190202461876192
