Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs, as well as managing training materials and attendance records, ensuring employees' development history is up to date.

Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare training schedules, training calendars, and invitations or summonses for trainees, distributing materials to respective company units or departments;
* Organize training venues, preparing all necessary resources for instructors and trainees;
* Develop training materials such as handouts, presentations, certificates, and attendance lists;
* Sort and retrieve training materials, as well as arrange snacks and coffee for participants;
* Monitor and record trainee attendance in courses, making notes in dedicated registers or using computerized systems;
* Maintain training activity records and databases, updating employee registration data related to training;
* Register participants for external courses, coordinating dates, transportation, expenses, and providing necessary information to participants;
* Keep training information and historical records updated;
* Deliver training sessions;
* Other related duties;
Requirements:
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Prior experience in training and development;
* Knowledge of instructional techniques and facilitation methods for in-person training;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
